Online Therapy

From the comfort of your home or the convenience of your office, you can access effective, specialized support through online therapy sessions. Also known as telehealth, telemental health, telepsychology  and virtual therapy, we use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform (doxy.me, Therapy Notes Telehealth, or Google Meet) to conduct online video sessions.

Most of our therapists are licensed to provide mental health services to those who are located in the state of Indiana only at the time of the session, with the exception that Dr. Jessicah is authorized to practice in 30+ states under PsyPact, an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries..

Virtual therapy may be beneficial for:

  • Busy professionals who do not have time to leave their office for a therapy session.

  • People whose work schedules may conflict with meeting during business hours.

  • People who live in remote areas who do not have a therapist within driving distance.

  • People with physical disabilities for whom transportation is a barrier to seeking mental health services.

  • Those who do not have time to meet face-to-face due to parenting, caregiving, or other responsibilities.

At your first session, you and your therapist will review risks and benefits, privacy concerns, technical considerations, and desired goals of teletherapy. Teletherapy is not appropriate for all individuals, issues, or types of treatment.

Not all health insurance policies cover teletherapy sessions; be sure to check with your specific plan, in advance, to verify benefits and coverage.
