The Role: Licensed Clinician

Position:

Licensed Psychologist (HSPP) or Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT)

Compensation:

Competitive flat per-session pay plus a tiered quarterly production bonus.

Schedule:

Flexible hybrid model (telehealth + in-office availability) designed to support sustainable caseload growth.

Is This Role Right for You?

This Position Might Be the Right Fit If You:

Have at least 3 years of post-licensure therapy experience and solid clinical skills in trauma-informed care and couples therapy.
Enjoy working with couples and find meaning in helping partners reconnect and strengthen their relationships.

Are comfortable (or are eager to grow in) discussing intimacy and sexual concerns within a therapeutic context.
Value independence while appreciating streamlined processes that keep things running smoothly.
Help clients build early momentum by inducting them into a process that works—combining clear guidance with compassionate accountability.

Are comfortable growing gradually—and are seeking a steady, long-term caseload of 20-24 clients per week.
