Cadence
Psychology Studio
Our practice specializes in couples counseling and therapy for high-achieving adults. We’re looking for experienced psychologists who value autonomy, clinical excellence, and meaningful work.
Do meaningful, long-term clinical work in a calm, well-supported practice that values autonomy, consistency, and depth.
About Us
Cadence Psychology Studio is a boutique private practice that supports high-achieving adults and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns. We believe therapy works best when clinicians have the resources and freedom they need to focus on what matters most—helping clients create lasting change. That’s why we take care of marketing, referrals, and admin so you can focus on the work you love.
Our model prioritizes depth over volume. That means longer-term client relationships, emotionally present care, and a sustainable caseload—without pressure to market yourself or operate like a business owner.

Your expertise matters. We provide the foundation—you bring the impact.

Why Join Cadence Psychology Studio?
What Makes Our Model Different
Built for Longevity and Depth
We’re not a short-term, high-turnover practice. Our clinicians support clients in developing emotional insight, relational capacity, and sustainable change—often over the course of a year or more.
Caseloads That Make Sense
A sustainable caseload here means roughly 20 weekly clinical hours—not 30+. You’ll have time to chart, consult, and stay grounded between sessions. Our retention rates and fee structure make this sustainable for the right clinician.
Systems That Support Your Work
We offer frameworks to help you set expectations and build momentum with clients early on, while leaving room for your clinical style and instincts to guide the process.
Professional, Low-Maintenance Culture
We value simplicity, clarity, and respect. That means a low-drama, well-run work environment with high standards and minimal fluff.
The Role: Licensed Psychologist (HSPP)
Position:
Licensed Psychologist (HSPP)
Compensation:
Starts at $125 per client hour, with opportunities for increases based on caseload and tenure
Schedule:
Flexible hybrid model (telehealth + in-office sessions available)

Is This Role Right for You?
This Position Might Be the Right Fit If You:
-
Have at least 2 years of postdoctoral experience and solid clinical skills in trauma-informed care.
-
Enjoy working with couples and find meaning in helping partners reconnect and strengthen their relationships.
-
Are comfortable (or are eager to grow in) discussing intimacy and sexual concerns within a therapeutic context.
-
Value independence while appreciating streamlined processes that keep things running smoothly.
-
Help clients build early momentum by inducting them into a process that works—combining clear guidance with compassionate accountability.
-
Appreciate a role that prioritizes quality care without unnecessary extras.

Are comfortable growing gradually—and are seeking a steady, long-term caseload of ~20 clients per week.
We’ve removed the noise so you can do what you do best: provide excellent care.
What You Won't Find Here
-
Pressure to market yourself or “grow the practice”
-
A revolving-door caseload—we specialize in motivated individuals and couples who value consistency and depth.
-
Drama or office politics—we keep things simple and professional
We’re not looking for rapid growth. We’re building something steady, relational, and meaningful—for our clients and clinicians alike.
This Role May Not Be the Best Fit If You:
-
Prefer short-term, goal-focused therapy with minimal emotional depth
-
Struggle to retain clients beyond a few sessions
-
Need a high volume of new clients to stay full
-
Plan to open your own private practice in the near future
-
Prefer to avoid working with couples or treating sexual concerns
-
Are uncomfortable with offering telehealth as part of your caseload
-
Find it difficult to discuss scheduling structure or offer clinical recommendations with clients
-
Need frequent team meetings or a highly social work culture
-
Do no value collaboration and feedback

Let’s build a career that works—for you and the clients you serve.
Join us in creating real change—one client, one couple at a time.
