Cadence Psychology Studio is in search of warm and professional licensed psychologists to join our team and work to enhance the emotional and relational wellbeing of adults and couples in our local community, throughout the state of Indiana, and beyond state lines (licensure permitting).
This position will be the best fit for someone who:

is trained as a generalist to provide effective and compassionate mental health services

has experience working with trauma and providing couples therapy and/or is open to developing these specialties

loves the idea of a steady stream of clients without the hassle of figuring out how to market themselves

wants a flexible work-from-home schedule with the option to work from the Cadence office 1-2 days per week

values independence but also wants to feel connected and supported in private practice

Minimum Qualifications
The clinician is required to hold a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology and to be licensed in the state of Indiana with an HSPP designation, although consideration will be given to those who are licensed-eligible. To be successful in this position, the clinician will value providing effective, thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate mental health care. The clinician will exhibit an excellent ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and referral sources. Guided by honesty and integrity, the clinician will be motivated, timely, well-organized, committed to professional growth and ethics, and aligned with the mission and values of Cadence Psychology Studio.
Desirable Qualifications

Training in EMDR and other theoretical orientations/interventions to support trauma processing (e.g., Internal Family Systems, attachment-focused interventions, somatic experiencing)

Experience with various models of couples therapy (e.g., Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy)

Open to addressing sexual concerns in individual therapy and couples therapy

Comfortable and competent in providing virtual intake sessions and virtual therapy sessions

Licensed in multiple states (or authorized through APIT)

This is an employee (W2) position (part-time or full-time positions available)
