NOW Hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Licensed Clinicians

Cadence Psychology Studio is an expanding group mental health practice and is looking for warm and professional licensed clinicians to join our team. Cadence Psychology Studio offers therapy services for adult individuals and couples to improve emotional and relational wellness. Our mission is to create a healing space for clients to experience meaningful change in their inner and outer worlds by providing effective and compassionate psychological care. Candidates interested in part-time (12-15 clients per week) or full-time (25-30 clients per week) work will be considered. Candidates are required to hold an Indiana state license (HSPP, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW).

At Cadence Psychology Studio, we are a team of professional, self-directed, and compassionate clinicians who work independently and value regular collaboration and connection with other clinicians. We are looking for therapists who are trained as generalists to provide effective and compassionate mental health services to a variety of populations with various presenting problems. In addition, we are committed to supporting our clinicians in developing specializations. Cadence Psychology Studio specializes in trauma work, couples therapy (including addressing sexual concerns), and therapy for medical and mental health providers. Thus, we are eager for therapists who are highly skilled in these specialties - or who have a keen interest in developing these specialties - to join our team. Clinicians with other specialties, or an interest in developing specific areas of expertise, are also welcome to apply and to provide in their cover letter a description of how their specialty may fit within the mission of the practice and meet the needs of the community.

To be successful in this position, the clinician will value providing effective, thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate psychological care, is multiculturally competent and trauma-informed, inclusive and affirming, motivated, and committed to professional growth. Other desirable qualifications include training in EMDR and other theoretical orientations/interventions to support trauma processing (e.g., Internal Family Systems, attachment-focused interventions), experience with various models of couples therapy (e.g., Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy), and an openness to addressing sexual concerns in individual therapy and couples therapy.

This is an employee (W2) status position. Compensation is biweekly and is based on a percentage of the revenues generated. Part-time staff can make approximately $35,000 - $45,000 annually (depending on licensure), with the ability to move to full-time if desired. Clinicians will be paneled with Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield, with credentialing taken care of by the practice. We offer biweekly case consultations, a collegial and supportive work culture, an electronic medical record system, a paid Psychology Today ad, and a steady stream of referrals. Full-time clinicians are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as two weeks of PTO and eight paid holidays per year.

Given the current state of affairs related to COVID-19, candidates need to be comfortable and competent in providing clinical services (both intake sessions and therapy) via teletherapy. In addition and in the long-term, the clinician will demonstrate flexibility in offering a hybrid of in-person and virtual sessions, depending on client need, treatment appropriateness, and health and safety guidelines.

Clinicians who are interested in joining Cadence Psychology Studio, please submit your cover letter, curriculum vitae/resume, a copy of your license, and three professional references (name, telephone number, e-mail address) to Dr. Jessicah Walker Herche via email at drjessicah@cadencepsychologystudio.com.
