Cadence

Psychology Studio

A boutique private practice for psychologists who believe in the power of long-term, relational work.

A thoughtfully built group practice for clinicians who value depth, autonomy, and sustainability.

About the Practice

Cadence Psychology Studio is a thoughtfully designed group practice for licensed psychologists who want to do meaningful, long-term work with motivated adults and couples. We specialize in helping high-achieving individuals and relationally invested partners navigate anxiety, trauma, identity development, and relationship concerns.

Our model prioritizes depth over volume. That means longer-term client relationships, emotionally present care, and a sustainable caseload—without pressure to market yourself or operate like a business owner.

We’re not hiring right now, but we welcome inquiries from experienced psychologists who align with our clinical philosophy and want to be considered for future openings.

What Makes Our Model Different

Built for Longevity and Depth

We’re not a short-term, high-turnover practice. Our clinicians support clients in developing emotional insight, relational capacity, and sustainable change—often over the course of a year or more.

Caseloads That Make Sense

A full-time caseload here means ~20 weekly clinical hours—not 30+. You’ll have time to chart, consult, and stay grounded between sessions. Our retention rates and fee structure make this sustainable for the right clinician.

Systems That Support Your Work

We offer frameworks to help you set expectations and build momentum with clients early on, while leaving room for your clinical style and instincts to guide the process.

Professional, Low-Maintenance Culture

We value simplicity, clarity, and respect. That means a low-drama, well-run work environment with high standards and minimal fluff.

For clinicians who prioritize meaningful therapeutic relationships and grounded, sustainable care.
