Heal, Grow, & Connect.
Even before I began my doctoral training in psychology, I was drawn to the power of healing, the importance of connection, and the journey toward living as our most authentic selves.
But life has a way of piling on stress, self-doubt, and expectations. Anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or relationship struggles can leave even the most capable, high-achieving people feeling exhausted and stuck. If you’re carrying these pressures, you don’t have to carry them alone.
Who I
Work With
I work with people who are balancing a lot — and who often feel they need to “hold it all together” on the outside while struggling internally. My clients include:
-
High achievers — executives, physicians, attorneys, academics, entrepreneurs, psychologists
-
High-achieving moms
-
Couples (those in monogamous, poly, open, and ENM relationships)
-
LGBTQIA+ individuals and couples
-
Creatives and highly sensitive people (HSPs)
-
Parents of highly sensitive children (HSCs) and parents breaking generational cycles
-
Neurodivergent individuals and couples
-
Women, men, and nonbinary individuals

If you recognize yourself in these descriptions — accomplished but exhausted, capable but stretched thin, yearning for more clarity and connection — I may be a good fit for you.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like
Clients describe me as warm, intuitive, and collaborative. I offer a safe, steady space where you can bring the full range of your emotions and experiences. My goal is to help you feel both supported and understood, while gently challenging the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
In our work, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EFT, the Gottman Method, and EMDR, alongside insight-oriented practices like IFS. This combination allows therapy to be both practical and reflective—you’ll leave with strategies to navigate daily life while also having space to explore deeper questions of identity, meaning, and connection.
What Clients Often Experience
Many clients arrive carrying anxiety, burnout, or the pressure to keep everything “together.” Together, we dig beneath those layers to uncover the patterns and beliefs that keep you stuck.
-
Individuals often find relief from anxiety and perfectionism, building greater calm and self-compassion.
-
Couples learn to slow down, communicate more openly, and rebuild trust and intimacy.
-
High achievers discover ways to feel more authentic and aligned, without sacrificing their peace.

Over time, clients describe feeling lighter and more connected—to themselves, their relationships, and the life they want to create.

What I Help With
Areas of Focus
-
Anxiety, imposter syndrome, and the pressure to “hold it all together”
-
Perfectionism, burnout, and work-life imbalance in high achievers
-
Attachment wounds and trauma recovery (childhood neglect, abuse, disconnection)
-
Relationship challenges, intimacy concerns, and discernment about staying together
-
Spiritual crises and religious trauma
-
Sexual concerns, individually or within relationships
Specialty Areas
-
Anxiety – Often a cover for deeper emotional pain, anxiety may have fueled your success but can also drain your energy. Together, we'll get to the root of what's underneath so you can live with greater ease and clarity.
-
Trauma & Attachment Wounds – I specialize in healing childhood experiences of neglect, abuse, or disconnection. Using EMDR and relational approaches, I help clients explore how past wounds shape present patterns, integrate painful memories, and move toward a deeper sense of wholeness.
-
Couples Therapy – I enjoy working with couples who deeply care for one another but feel stuck in conflict, disconnection, or sexual concerns. Together, we create space for honest conversation and meaningful reconnection.
-
High Achievers – I support high achievers who appear “fine” on the outside but feel drained or disconnected inside. Together, we pause, identify the patterns driving perfectionism, and reconnect your success with your core values so life feels sustainable and true to you.
Virtual Therapy, Wherever Life Takes You
I provide therapy in Indiana and over 40 other states through PSYPACT. Whether you live outside Indiana or travel frequently, you can stay connected to therapy wherever you are.
My Background
I came to psychology as a second career, though the path began much earlier. Across my experiences in design, teaching, and nonprofit work, a common thread emerged: a commitment to creating spaces where people can grow and flourish. When I discovered counseling psychology, everything clicked into place—it felt deeply aligned with who I am and the work I was meant to do.

I specialized in psychological assessment during my doctoral training, which gave me a depth of understanding that continues to enrich my work today. Over time, I discovered that my true passion lies in therapy — walking alongside individuals and couples as they grow, heal, and reconnect with themselves and others.
I earned my PhD in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University, my MA in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University, and my BS in Interior Design from Ball State University.
