Cadence
Psychology Studio
We are seeking a licensed therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or psychologist) who is drawn to working with high-achieving adults and couples, and who values thoughtful, consistent clinical work over high-volume care.
This hybrid role includes 1 to 2 in-office days per week in Fishers, with virtual sessions on other days.
Candidates must be licensed and located in Indiana (HSPP designation required for psychologists). Psychologists with PSYPACT participation, or interest in obtaining it, are welcomed.

About Cadence Psychology Studio

Cadence Psychology Studio is a private-pay therapy practice serving high-achieving adults and couples.
Much of our work is relational and long-term, supporting clients as they navigate complexity within themselves, their relationships, and their lives.
Our model allows clinicians to work with greater flexibility and intention, without the constraints of insurance-driven care.
About the Role
In this role, you will provide both individual and couples therapy to adults managing anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Much of the work is relational and insight-oriented, with an emphasis on helping clients deepen self-understanding, improve emotional regulation, and create more connected, intentional relationships.
Our clinicians aim to build a consistent caseload of engaged, motivated clients, with an emphasis on continuity and depth rather than brief, time-limited work. Sessions are typically 45–55 minutes, allowing space for flexibility and a thoughtful pace of work. Clinical autonomy is supported, and the work here often integrates relational, attachment-based, and trauma-informed frameworks.
This role can be structured as full-time or part-time, with a schedule that can be tailored and a preference for clinicians who are interested in developing a consistent rhythm in their work.
This role is not a strong fit for clinicians who prefer short-term, solution-focused work or who rely heavily on external structure or oversight.

Who This Role Is Best Suited For

This role tends to be a strong fit for clinicians who have developed a clear clinical voice and feel comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy. You likely have several years of post-licensure experience (or comparable clinical training and practice) and are drawn to therapy that is nuanced, attuned, and not easily rushed.
You feel at ease working with high-achieving or high-functioning clients, including individuals and couples who are making sense of their emotional landscapes both within themselves and in their relationships. You are comfortable holding depth over time - supporting clients beyond symptom relief and into more meaningful, sustained change.
This environment is often a good fit for clinicians who:
-
Prefer a private-pay model and understand the pacing and expectations that come with it
-
Value continuity of care and building long-term therapeutic relationships
-
Are comfortable working independently, while still appreciating collegial connection and consultation
-
Have training or experience in relational, attachment-based, or trauma-informed approaches (e.g., EFT, EMDR, IFS, psychodynamic, or similar)
-
Appreciate a thoughtful, steady pace and the opportunity to be fully present in their work
Compensation & Structure
This is a W-2 position within a private-pay group practice, with compensation structured on a per-session basis and aligned with licensure, experience, and caseload.
Compensation:
-
Master’s-level licensed clinicians: starting at $80 per session
-
Licensed psychologists: starting at $110 per session
Rates increase over time based on experience, consistency, and overall engagement.
Full-time clinicians typically maintain 18–24 sessions per week, while part-time roles generally involve a minimum of around 12 sessions weekly. Bonus opportunities begin at approximately 20+ sessions per week, with increased earning potential at higher caseload levels.
Clinicians with a consistent caseload (typically 20–24 sessions per week) often earn approximately $80,000–$100,000 annually at the master’s level and $110,000–$140,000 for psychologists, depending on licensure, schedule, and time off.
We provide administrative support, referrals, and a thoughtfully designed practice environment so clinicians can focus on their clinical work. This includes a Psychology Today profile, support with scheduling intake sessions, and regular case consultation.
Additional support includes funding for continuing education and coverage of professional association dues. Psychologists interested in PSYPACT participation are supported in obtaining initial authorization.
This position does not currently include employer-sponsored health insurance or retirement benefits.
